Patient Name : Navneetbhai Jobanputra

He is suffering from liver disorder from last 8 months and have to visit hospital every week. His son also has started doing job at age of 17 as their financial conditions are not good. Till now all the treatments were done with family help and his wife took house loan during the past time.
