Navkshitij is an NGO devoted for differently abled (mentally challenged people)Navkshitij includes a residential facility for adult mentally challenged people. At Navkshitij, the inmates are looked after at the physical, medical, emotional, social levels with activities designed to bring joy, sense of achievement and pride. Every month Navkshitij struggles to meet imperative day to day expenses for mentally challenged children and adults. Through this platform Navkshitij appeals you to donate generously and support this noble cause. The donation qualify for Income Tax benefit as follows.
"The donation to Navkshitij qualify for tax benefit under Section 80-G of Income-tax Act 1961 vide letter No.PN/CIT-II/TECH/80G/2009-10/3213 dated 27/01/2010 by the Commissioner of Income Tax-II, Pune and it is Valid from the Assessment Year 2011-12 onwards till it is rescinded. "At Navkshitij we take care of 88 children and adults who are mentally challenged. Out of which 64 avail boarding fascility and day care fascility is availed by 24 children and adults. The table shown below covers major expecse, however other costs like preparing meals, medical care, increase in staff and their salary makes it very difficult to make both ends meet .We receive funds 50% from doners and parents, howerever the deficit is increasing every month. Navkshitij appeals the donors to donate generously.
