Dear Sir / Madam
My name is Mr. Nataraja K.G. aged 41 yrs, residing at Kodagihalli Village, Amruthur Hobli, Kunigal Taluk, Tumkur Dist. I am son of Mr. K.T. Giriyappa & Mrs. Kempamma. I am an agriculturist with an annual income of Rs. 50,000/- PA (Rupees Fifty thousand only per year). I have two children's one 8 yrs & one 11 yrs. I am from a poor family background. I was diagnosed to be suffering from Chronic Myeloid Leukemia - CML (Blood Cancer) in the year 2011 and since then I am taking regular treatment with Tab. Imatinib 400 mg time to time checkup.
Though I am taking regular treatment presently my disease has increased. I have low Hemoglobin, Sever joint pain & taken blood transfusion for same Doctors have reexamined me and told that my disease has progressed from Chronic phase CML. They have suggested me to undergo Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplantation. The cost is Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only). As I don't have that much financial support / Resources, I request for financial help as much as possible / maximum extent. Any help in this matter will be very helpful.
