Why am I fundraising?

For a long time now NAMI INDIA needs to scale up and sustain itself in a different form of organisation which is a Non Profit Company so that it can be structured in a better way to deliver on its goals, mission and vision. The costs of Registration and Incorporation of such a Company is around 1.25 lakh rupees and the money fund raised will be used for this. A company is a more sutainable format of charity as it is beyond the founders.

What do I plan to do with the funds?

The funds will be used for the Initial Share Capital of the Company and the Registration and Incorporation of the Company. The amount provided is that estimated by the Chartered Accountant as the minimu costs for fund raising.
