5-year-old Misbha is an active little boy when his pain is not overpowering him. He has a crippling fear of injections when anybody approaches and talks to him. His pain is evident on his face when he tries to move around or lie down. He has been diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease. He needs an urgent liver transplant to survive, but his father has abandoned him in this time of need.

In order to be cured completely, Misbah urgently requires a liver transplant. However, his parents are unable to afford the cost of the transplantation.
