I am Mrs. Ayisha Sithiya Mubina have been abandoned by my husband. I work in various houses for the sake of my 3 small daughters. I struggle yet have the satisfaction of supporting my kids. When I learned that one of them, Baby Mumthaz has a hole in the heart, my heart blend. I realized that surgery will make her LIVE. My appeal for funds is for that surgery.

Fundraiser is for Hearts for Hearts - Public Charitable Trust. We perform FREE Cardiac Surgery & Follow-up for the under-privileged. We detect such patients from camps, pay for their transport and shelter, prepare & perform for surgery, periodically follow them to study the impact on the individual and society.

The Surgical Team is under Dr. Sreemathi Seshadrinathan - Senior Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgeon operating at Public Health Centre (PHC) - Department of Cardio Vascular Thoracic Surgery, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600033. H4H is working on the project SOCAN ( Solution for Cardiac Afflicted Needy). This involves creating awareness and detection at camps, FREE transport and shelter, preparation and performance of FREE Cardiac surgery & follow-up at Public Health Centre (PHC). Study on impact of cardiac surgery on the individual and society is on-line. Baby Mumthaz was detected at one such camp at Tirunelveli. We offered surgery to her mother Mrs. Ayisha Sithiya Mubina at Tirunelveli. She agreed.

Ours is a voluntary participation of surgical team of Hearts for Hearts (H4H), Public Health Centre hospital through multi-source funding. This patient needs surgery as early as possible. This fund will be used for drugs & disposables, investigations, services and care in the hospital.
