Hi My name is Moumita and I am raising funds for my father, Utpal Banerjee. He is not currently employed due to his condition which has made it difficult for us to arrange the funds for his treatment. He has only child me, I've lost my brother few years back in an accident. He has been fighting Lung Cancer. As per doctor sugession the radiation needs to be started as soon as possible ,and without sufficient fund I am feeling helpless. He has been suffering for few months and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy is his only hope at getting better and living a normal life. His treatment will cost approximately Rs. 600000 plus. Me and my mother who is a home maker only are unable to pay for the treatment as I am primary school teacher with temporary job. Its just me and my parents in my family and I need your help to keep him alive.

The funds raised will be used towards his:
  • Doctor's Consultation Charges
  • Radiotherapy
  • Chemotherapy
  • Hospital Bills
  • Medicines
All of us are eagerly awaiting his recovery. I never ask for any help so far in my life. But now I am helpless I need all f you to support me in raising this fund for my father. I can't let him suffer like this. Already 80thousand  is spent for all kinds of initial test. Now my hands are almost empty, and the treatment not even started yet. Please come forward and help what ever you can. I will be grateful to you all with my life forever.

I request you to kindly contribute towards his treatment and help during our time of need. Each contribution is important! Kindly also share the fundraiser with your family and friends and help me reach the goal amount. We are grateful for your help!
