This is regarding one of my primary school batchmate (St. Joseph school T B Dam, 1993 7th standard pass out batch) Mr. Mohammed Maheboob. He has been diagnosed with Cancer of the tongue and soft palate (roof of the mouth), which has now spread to oesophagus (food pipe) and it is now completely blocked. He has operated and a opening made in the stomach and pipe inserted into the stomach for feeding purpose.

He has become physically very week. Because of his condition, he has lost his job also (used to work as lorry driver on private basis). He is managing day today things but he is more worried about his family.  He has to take care of his wife, two kids ( one in 5th standard and one in 7th standard in the same school where I studied) also his mother.  Mother has developed blindness in both her eyes as a result of uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension and has been advised to undergo surgery immediately. (Father has expired long back).

He is now praying for help for his kids education from all the well wishers. 2.5 lakhs amount for him would generate around 16,000 rupees interest every year. That will be just sufficient for his kids school fees for that particular academic year.  

In this regard, I request to kindly come forward to help him in your own capacity.  Let's thank God for keeping us in good health and prosperity by helping one in distress.
