Why are we fundraising?

Mobile Cart Library ( Topudu Bandi ) - A cart with full of books, with Love for Villages,100 Days Journey in Villages, walking 1000 KMs and setting up 100 Libraries in the Villages

Sheik Sadiq Ali, a senior journalist, has taken up this great mission. The passion of one person is an inspiration to many! Sadiq bhai is a dreamer, a philosopher, and a spiritual person. I don't know what occurred to him, but after coming from the Himalayas, he started this journey to villages with his little cart, with full of books, hoping to set up a library in every village that he visit on his path.The initial journey would be 100 days, walking with his cart more than 1000 kilo meters.

Before he started his journey, we had a conference call and he shared his thoughts. So far he travelled 80 days, 20 more days is left. On his way, he is visiting villages, stopping at schools, meeting children, giving books to children and inspiring the teachers, parents and many. He is getting loads of books every day to meet the children passion for reading the books. It is like Oasis in the desert. On the way, he is talking to villagers and awakening them to set up a library in their village. He is providing books, a book-shelf, and chairs to set up the library.

This is the mission which needs unlimited resources. Sadiq bhai can not do this from his own resources. He needs our help. No one ever did like this before. This inspiration must not die. Many youngsters should get inspired! So, please join his mission.

ఒకరి ఆర్తి ఎందరికో స్ఫూర్తి! మన సాదిక్ భాయి "పల్లెకు ప్రేమతో - తోపుడు బండి" యాత్ర మొదలై 70 రోజులైంది. పల్లె పల్లెను పలకరిస్తూ, పిల్లలతో కేరింతలు కొడ్తూ, ఆ సేల్ఫీలతో ఆ అనుభవాలు మనతో పంచుకుంటూ, ఎర్రటి ఎండలో సినిమా షూటింగ్లో వెన్నెల్లో విహరిస్తున్నట్లు ఆనందంగా సాగుతుంది మన సాదిక్ భాయి తోపుడు బండి యాత్ర! అన్నతో ఈ యాత్రలో మొదటినుండి తోడున్న వెంకట్ భాయి కి అభినందనలు! వచ్చి పలకరించి, సాయం చేస్తున్న ఎందరో మనసున్న మారాజులు, మారాణులు.. అందరికి వందనాలు.. అభినందనలు!

ఇదొక సమాజ కార్యక్రమం. ఇదొక యజ్ఞం! మన పిల్లలు చదువుకోవాలని, ముందు తరాలు గొప్పగా ఉండాలని సంకల్పించిన ఉద్యమం. దీన్ని మనం నిలబెట్టుకోవాలి. దీనిలో మన వంతు సాయం అందించాలి. ఇది మరెందరో నవ, యువ సాదిక్ లకు స్ఫూర్తి దాయకం కావాలి.

"వంద గ్రంధాలయాల కోసం సిద్ధమవుతున్న పుస్తకాలు పైన ఫొటోస్ లో చూడొచ్చు. మరో 25 వేలపుస్తకాలు సమీకరించాల్సి వుంది. ఒక్కో గ్రంధాలయానికి సగటున మూడు వందల నుంచి ఐదు వందల పుస్తకాలు ఇవ్వాలనేది మా లక్ష్యం. మీరంతా వున్నారనేదే నా ధైర్యం."
