Please Help This Family Keep Their Breadwinner Alive

Manoharan is an End stage Renal Disease Patient (Stage 5) who has been undergoing dialysis for the last 2 years. He used to be a civil works contractor making about 20,000 Rupees month. He is the sole breadwinner for his family of 4 including his wife and two teenage kids who are in High School.

His monthly dialysis costs are about 30,000 per month, which his wife finds it very difficult to fund.

Manoharan suffered a cardiac arrest this morning and is in the ICU at SIMS hospital , Vadapalani, Chennai. We are hopeful he would make a full recovery from this event and come back home.

The costs are significant, for this family to be able to ensure he gets the right care and bring him home.

Please donate generously to help Manoharan's family bring him back home after this event and to help him undergo dialysis on a regular basis.

Dear Donors,

The family could not afford to continue sustaining Mr Manoharan at SIMS. He was shifted to a Government hospital in chennai, where the doctors recommended stopping active treatment.

He was moved home. After a stay of 11 days at home, he passed away. May god rest his soul in peace and give the support to his family during this tough time.

Dear Supporters,

Manoharan is still in the ICU but he has been weaned off the ventilator. He is breathing on his own with minimal oxygen support. He is still unconscious.

While the CT Scans have ruled out any damage to the brain due to the asphyxia from the cardiac arrest, further tests are required to confirm no neurological damages. We will keep you posted.

Thank you for all the support you have shown Manoharan. Would request you to please pray for his health and speedy recovery.
