DiGhent & Shelter Progetto invites India to help us raise 11 lakh funds to ensure "FOOD FOR ALL".
Times are distressing, for some it's the case of surviving. More than thousands of households in the local villages and around Gurgaon do not have enough food for their families amid India's second wave. Livelihoods are threatened as people are without work in this lockdown, thus unable to provide for their families even one meal one day. Basic necessities such atta, tea, salt, sugar, oil are in shortage, most households have started to completely run out! We are heartbroken and determined to help and trust you will too. We cannot fail our community - they are our didis, bhaiyas, drivers, cooks, maalis, chotus, elders who've been the backbones of our homes and our workplaces. They need us now more than ever. It is our appeal to help everyone struggling in these challenging times but especially those who have the bare minimum.
Coming together on this initiative as key partners are DiGhent and Shelter Progetto Charitable Trust India for the benefit of #Mission44Million. Our weekly milk donation drives with Country Delight have opened our eyes to problems, challenges and partial solutions in slums and the world of daily wagers. We've realised the problems have become worse as there is not much daily employment available and that help on the ground is crucial at this point. Please extend your support and be generous by donating directly to the fundraiser on Milaap or raising awareness by sharing the campaign widely on all platforms. The funds raised will go directly towards providing basic groceries as mentioned above and further carry out extensive distributions to the neighbouring villages all over Gurgaon. It will take all of us together to defeat the growing hunger crisis.
More details will be uploaded on a regular basis but if you need to be touch please email firstname.lastname@example.org
