I would hereby like to inform you that, my wife who is 47 years old is suffering from a chronic kidney renal failure. I have spent 6 lakh rupees for the treatment so far. 

She is undergoing dialysis twice in a week for which doctors have advised final stage kidney transplantation, I am donating my own kidney to my wife, which involves around 4 lakhs expense for the surgery alone.

 

Since I will alone not be able to arrange for such a big amount, I humbly request any help from your side to meet with this expense. I would be grateful to you if my request can be considered. I look forward to your favourable response.
