There has been an ever-increasing demand for gender-neutral laws in India. The time has come for the Government of India to amend such laws and give men and others the same protection from any kind abuses that they have to face. It is a step towards inclusivity and to ensure that justice is provided to all and not to some. It is in the best interest of our democracy and to restore the faith of the common citizen on the Indian legal system.
