Our family consists of myself Bhaskar Raju, my wife, Lakshmi and two daughters. Mamatha and Sumitha.  

Mamatha is studying in 8th Class in Vijayawada. I am working as a photographer in Vijayawada and getting about Rs.1 lakh per annum. Recently we came to know that my daughter is suffering from spinal cord issues.  We took her to Ganga Ortho Hospital, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu and they suggested that my daughter has to undergo spinal cord surgery within 2 months. The surgery is scheduled on October 3rd, 2016. Surgery expenses will be around Rs.5 lakhs  We have pawned our gold ornaments worth Rs.1,00,000/- and we have taken a loan of interest for Rs.1,00,000/. Further, some of our friends helped Rs.50,000/-.  Finally, we fell short of Rs.2,50,000. We belong to a poor family and we don't have a property.
