    from Hyderabad, Telangana

Life was filled with work and family life balance until November 23rd 2016 the day when I have got a severe chest pain have managed to drive to the nearest Hospital Supraja in Nagole.

I  was rushed to ICU, the doctors had said that a little more delay would have costed my life as my main artery which supplies blood to the heart had a block, however they managed. With a stint which has costed me 3.8 lakhs, I was discharged after a couple of days and was expecting a normal life in couple of days.

What we plan and what life has for us is always unexpected. In January 2017, had got a brain stroke and was admitted in Sunshine hospital for a week again that costed me 2 lakhs.

Managed by my family few days later the body had developed abnormal water content and when visited the doctor he has said that the Liver was at stage 3 fatty liver and has suggested some tests.

After detailed investigation the doctors have said that heart muscle has been badly affected and is only working at 60% of capacity.

After various consultations finally have visited Dr.Gopala Krishna Gokhaley in Apollo Jubilee hills, he has conveyed that in such cases the only alternate is to go for a heart transplantation which is a far reality for my financial condition.

The cost of operation and post operation expenses would come to around 39 lakhs as per the hospital authorities estimate.

With the help of family and friends, ave been able to pool up 15 lakhs, but need 24 lakhs more to get operated friends iam trying to get help from all corners of my life.

I have attached the doctor notes and lab reports for your reference if anyone wants to contribute towards my cause please find the details below.
