While the government is busy thinking of the ‘big ideas’ to help the migrants, underprivileged people to fulfil their daily hunger and travel needs, we wanted a way to help these people during the pandemic.

We figured that we don’t have the deep pockets that can fund their daily ration and hence something had to be done.

After doing Reece around food camps and bus stands for a couple of days, we found out that people had to wait for more than 2-3 hours to get food or board a bus in the scorching heat.   During these 2-3 hours, underprivileged families(including children) ran out of water and food and they couldn’t afford to leave long lines as they were forced to join from the last.

This was the problem we wanted to solve and instantly bought water packets and biscuits which could be served to the families who were standing in the long queues for food and buses.

Water and biscuits can’t fill their empty stomachs or reduce the waiting time but surely can give them hope for the next few hours to come.

We have been distributing biscuits and water packets near sector-35 and Iskon temple sector-33, Noida. We have given these food and water packets to almost 200 families.

We are helping these families with small ideas with small budgets but your small contribution to our campaign can make a huge difference.
