mrs.mahalakshmi 31 years old female hailing from a village near nilakottai dindigul district tamilnadu is suffering from a lifethreatening disease of her heart valve.she was shocked to find her diseased heart valves when she approached a physician for her recent sudden weight gain and thyroid disorder.having been  abandoned by her husband 5 years back she has to live atleast for her 6 year old boy who is studying in a govt school.she is now being supported by her parents who are also daily labourers.
