My name is Maddhav suneja. I’m a student at K.R Mangalam World School , I am doing an internship with hamari pehachan . I am working on a project called SUKHAD PROJECT .
Sukhad’- an initiative to make the lives of the underprivileged a little easier during the time of menstruation. Providing them with sanitary pads, educating them regarding menstrual hygiene and making all of us understand that 'Periods' and talking about the same is not taboo. Aim to distribute menstrual hygiene kit to 50,000 women.
• 1KIT will guarantee 3 months of menstrual hygiene and comfort to an underprivileged women in just Rs 350 /-
1KIT= 6 PACKETS OF PADS, 2 SOAPS
50-60 DISPOSAL ENVELOPS
• They not only help these women with better menstrual hygiene but also we aimed at giving work to underprivileged women under the ‘Skill Development Project’ this is the reason we’ve decided to engage underprivileged women in the production of these paper bags and paper envelopes so that they can earn their livelihood from the same and become “Atma Nirbhar”
