Now with the help of some science institutions we are also working on a street light bulbs which turn on automatically when it senses no light. So we basically need funds to continue installing those two models and for the research and development of the next model.
The cost of each bulb is 250 each and the street light cost is yet to be determined but with the mass fund, we can cut down the cost of production and install more lights of people in Dehradun and Mussoorie. Statistically saying the survey we conducted showed that there are still some 10000 families without lights using kerosene lamps and by this initiative we reduce fuel emissions and reduce plastic in environment and hence lighting up the homes of economically challenged.
