I am fundraising to bring Life to the Invisibles through Light!

L.I.F.E. reaching the Invisibles!

In Feb 2015, we fundraised through Milaap for over 2 lacs to bring light and life to the 200 people living in darkness in the tribal villages across AP-Orissa border. And it brought us smiles when we saw their sparkling and hopeful eyes which still make our heart warmer. And all this was possible only because of you guys, the believers in what we are trying to achieve and why we are doing it this way,

At Liter of Light Bangalore, we believe in the power of enabling people. Rather than just providing the number of lights, we go and do a detailed need assessment over months to find one out of those 10 sites, where people are limited by the absence of light and where the absence of it will propel them and their kids towards a better future.

Now, we are fundraising to kickstart our projects in the identified sites - Tribal villages of Karnataka, the Nilgiris in TamilNadu, uphills in Manipur and more across AP-Orissa border. And we need your gracious support and belief yet again.

The organization’s main area of interest lies in uplifting the lives of less fortunate households by providing them with a solar daylight and a nightlight bottle -light, an eco-friendly alternative to the conventional electricity bulb.
