Why am I fundraising?

What is Diwali? Lighting up a thousand candles, bagging discounts and gifting your loved ones? Celebrate with sweet treats, great food and new clothes? Laughing for hours together with your friends and family? Well, of course!


Now imagine.



You are an orphan. You have HIV. You share a space with others like you and you often miss out on nutritious meals. You see the whole world light up. You hear laughter and wonder what it'd be like to have a family. You know you exist only to step into the impending darkness.


60% of children who are HIV positive in India, are typically affected due to the mother- to-child transmission, making these children victims of fate. They deserve to be happy too.

What do I plan to do with the funds?

The funds will be used to provide food and nutritional support to kids afflicted with HIV. The funds will be transferred to Desire Society after the campaign.
