Save Dakshadha-Pure Red cells Aplasia patient


Baby Dhakshadha is suffering from Pure red cells Aplasia. A genetic disorder which stops producing Red Blood Cells. This was diagnosed at the age of 3 months, since then she has been undergoing blood transfusion every month. This disorder can be cured with Bone marrow transplantation surgery. Now the kid is 2 and half year old and doctor`s are preparing her for the major surgery. Dhaksadha`s father is a daily laborer and earns very little,hence can`t afford the surgery cost i.e, around 20 Lacs. The surgery will be planned as soon as funds are raised. And the kid is being treated at Meenakshi Mission hospital at Madurai. Undersigned has visited the kid`s family, and also spoken to the Dr. Kasi Viswanathan who is attending Dhaksadha`s case and learnt about case completely.And has taken the responsibility to mobilize funds for BMT surgery.

Friends, Happy to inform you that, BMT surgery was done successfully for Dhakshadha and she`s doing fine.We have seen her in the hospital today. She should be in observation for another 15-20 days. I once again than everyone for being part of this noble cause. Your contributions are so valuable and worth a life. Let`s wish and pray for her quick recovery.
