Meet Sultan- a Fighter who is is fighting a rare disease which started with his throat and has affected his entire body functions. He has been fighting to lead a normal life and not be dependent on his old and illiterate parents.
After completing his diploma and engineering, he started his job in a shipping company. He took a loan to start the certification process and with a bag of dreams started his shipping career.
During his journeys in the ship he used to feel discomfort and whole body pain. He ignored these signals as he used to ignore them from the age of 16. In one of the usual days in the ship, he felt dizzy and couldn't handle the pain. He was immediately lifted to the hospital in nearest port. After spending some time in India, he took back to the shipping job.
After a brief period the same pattern repeated, but this time he was immediately discharged of his duty and sent back to India. The shipping authority also declared him unfit for the shipping duties.
Frustrated by these situations, he spent more than Rs. 10 lakhs visiting different doctors in India. Initially none of the doctors diagnosed the disease correctly. Finally, a Chennai based doctor diagnosed the patch in the throat. This patch had started at the age of 16.
He underwent diagnosis in the following hospitals without any results. the diagnosis and history is attached below.

Since 2012, He has tried lot of medications starting from Allopathy, Siddha, Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, but didn't get any cure. He is an old student of Mookambigai Engineering college Keeranur from (2004-2007), an old student of K.V. O.F.T.from (1990-2000) and also an old student of M.I.E.T Polytechnic College ( 2002-2004). He has to proceed abroad to International reputed MOUNT ELIZABETH HOSPITAL,SINGAPORE to get Treatment for his disease. This will cost him close to Rs. 15 lakh.

In his own words- "I have spent all my family's savings to find a cure without any results in India. I have been hugely depressed in the past 5 years. I would need another chance to live my life. I humbly request you all friends to help me get rid of the disease and live a pain-free life. I will repay the dues in the due course of time after my recovery."
