Sridhar had a heart attack for second time and now he needs urgent surgery. His family is unable to arrange for required funds for his immediate treatment. He has some critical blocks in his arteries and doctors have suggested that he needs angioplasty or open heart surgery immediately.

Sridhar works as a scholarship incharge at Masterjee Degree College in Warangal and earns only 7500 rupees per month on which he has to support his wife, daughter and his old parents.

Sridhar was a mathematics teacher by profession and tried to run a vernacular telugu medium school but failed at it. He is also a victim as he was duped in a fraudulent deal wherein he was sold a stolen vehicle with forged papers. He purchased the vehicle against a bank loan and ended up in debt having to pay for a vehicle wherein he couldn't make use of vehicle for any meaningful business he intended to. He feeling defeated now settled with a low paying job just so that he can support his family and stay afloat.

He is mentally torn and constantly suffered because of a fraudulent and corrupt system around us which couldn't protect his interests. 

At 46 he suffered heart attack twice and he has a young daughter who still needs her father. I am hoping that humanity shouldn't fail him and we all can come together and save him and his family in time of his need.
