PROJECT VISION
To develop print-rich on walls of the school campus by painting, in order to provide the open learning environment for students as well as to make it a center of attraction for the community, will lead to increased enrollment and learning outcome.
PROJECT CASE STUDY
I have demonstrated the project in 2 schools of Khetri Block; one is Government Senior Secondary School, Norangpura and Government Upper Primary School, Balawra Johar; where I have come with such findings that will help to transform the government schools in better learning space. GSSS Norangpura has demonstrated good learning rate among students, though they have acquired the learning from content over the wall in span of 6 months and this helping school to gain of trust of other community members by demonstration such beautiful learning environment to enroll their wards in next session. Even these modal schools are subject of discussion among the government officials as well as in other communities and encouraging them to have such print-rich.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In Khetri and Buhana block of Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan has more than 400+ schools, having their own building and lot of open space but due to lack of proper print-rich over the both inside and outside walls of the school causing to lack of attraction towards it for community members, is one the effective reasons behind the low enrollment. Despite having a colorful building as learning aid it would have promoted the outside classroom learning, should have resulted in increased learning outcome. By developing the walls of schools in learning aid through print-rich as per concept of BALA{Building as learning aid},will lead to attraction among community member will lead to increased enrollment as well as will develop attraction among children to read out, act out over the learning material painted over walls will result to increased learning level of students.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
Though project covers all 20 schools of khetri block and Buhana, will have attractive print-riched walls with learning material will lead to increased learning level of 1800 students by having classroom free learning environment.The development of print-rich over school building will contribute to-- Increased learning level of students

- Sense of ownership by students, teachers, principal, staff and school community

- The ability for the government to upgrade the infrastructure.

PROJECT NEED
Though project focus on Government schools of Khetri and Buhana block are just painted with Light red color, are not helping in manners of learning as well center of attraction in terms of building with learning activities. So, by having building multicolored print-rich will develop curiosity among the community member towards it learning activities will help to enroll them their wards to engage in such beautiful learning environment.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Once the project is funded for government implementation, the followings will be deliverable in government schools-
- 1st week- Content planning, artist finalization and primary coating of walls
- 2nd week- Painting on the inner and outer side of boundary walls of the school
-3rd week- Painting on the outside of the classroom walls
-4th week- painting on the inner side of the classroom walls
The project will be carried out through the School management committee {SMC}, consisting of Teachers, community members, principal, and student. SMC will take care of quality, transparency, and cost efficiency in the project.
