I have been working for government schools in Rajgarh block, Churu district, Rajasthan to strengthen school processes and enable principals and teachers to provide sustainable learning and fear free environment to underprivileged and marginalised students. Since past 18 months we have undertaken several projects in schools and adjoining communities like setting up libraries, use of Teaching learning materials etc. as part of our fellowship program. One of my small community Dhani Moji is facing lack of funds to initiate activity based learning lab which involves making the primary school  building colourful and attractive with paintings, pictorial representions, games etc. The students here are first generation learners from their families and have immense potential if we create such opportunities for them. Through this campaign we can make schools more engaing for teachers and children to enhance the learning process. We have mobilised local volunteers to help us in painting. Fund raised will be used to buy resource material like colours, board etc and our team will ensure effective utilisation of money and use of materials.
