Why am I fundraising?

My cousin Chilaka Praneeth,24 years  has diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure on 21/04/2014,Doctors has suggested that he should under go Kidney Transplantation for his survival,for last one year 2 months he is going through dialysis twice or thrice a week depending on his health condition.

For each Dialysis it costed around Rs.2500,His family dont have proper income,He is the only who is educated in the family and only hope for their family.

We have got permission for Kidney Transplantation from Andhra Pradesh State government.

I make a heartfelt request to kindly help for the treatment of my cousin. I shall be greatly indebted. Your Timely help could give him a new life and he may be able to lead a normal life.

Kidney Transplant Surgery costs around 7 Lacs,Donor expenses and post operation expenses costs around 3 lacs
