This is a Cry for help!!! For the 26-year-old Pratiksha from Jheel, Delhi, there is only hope left. Her family had been struggling with three members infected by Covid-19 simultaneously. On April 10th, Pratiksha, along with her father and grandmother, was tested positive for Covid. Imagine a lower-middle-class family having to pay the medical expenses and supplies for all three patients at the same time. Every penny of the family’s savings drained in treatment and oxygen cylinders, and they did everything that could be done to raise funds from the kindhearted. Their efforts went in vain, and the family lost their father yesterday who was the backbone. Making things even worse, Pratiksha who was hospitalized in Apollo on the 18th of April is fighting for her life. This has shattered the family into pieces. As many are trying to help in any way they can and their share of 3.5 lakhs had been of tremendous help to her. We are working tirelessly to do what we can to meet the demand of 1.5 lakhs more.
