My Name is Ayush Gupta.
I am writing to you on behalf of kartfilla . We are a IT Solution company which usually provides Web development & IT solution but this time we've started a movement to support Kerala. We have one of the largest collaborated base on social media which can make it easier and faster to get the message, support and supplies.
Because social media can provide connectivity, with our reach and management/strategy expertise we take the responsibilty upon us to provide awareness and shed light on subjects
Recently, the Kerala Floods have been our main focus. We have been actively working towards providing relief for the victims of the Kerala Floods and are now initiating a huge social media campaign to raise funds and arrange for necessary supplies for the victims of the Kerala flooding.
We have joined hands with Some people based in kochin and a few other local organizations that are tirelessly working to provide relief at such a time of need. Within the next few days (as long as possible and required), we aim to urge all our Clients to donate supplies like medicines, Dettol, sanitary pads, diapers, medicines etc for us to be able to send them to the flood affected areas of Kerala.
PLEASE NOTE- WE HAVE PEOPLE ON GROUND IN KOCHIN WHO ARE COORDINATING WITH US REGARDING THE IMMEDIATE DIRE NEEDS.
SO THIS IS NOT A NORMAL FUND RAISER. WE ARE TRYING TO PROVIDE TO KERALA WHATEVER IS REQUIRED ON IMMEDIATE BASIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
We aim to provide leadership by coordinating relief activities taking places across the nation. We plan to do this by synchronizing need based donation efforts. Since we have sources that are truly and heavily engaged in disbursing relief materials, we understand that clothes and shoes and food may not be the only things that the victims affected by this disaster may require.
We wish to have a 360 comprehensive approach and really drive the collection and relief efforts in the most streamline way so as to drive this effort with the utmost efficiency.
At this moment, we are reaching out for your help with an objective in mind.
We have already started our collection drive.
We are collecting monetary donations AS WELL AS SUPPLIES AND HAVE TIED UP WITH GENERAL STORES IN DELHI where their stores will have drop off points for donations of supplies.
They will also assist in getting these supplies packed and ready to move till the airport. We will use the monetary donations to purchase the rest of the required supplies and package them and transport them to the airport as well.
Your support at such a time is critical to not only provide relief but also mitigate and manage the aftermath of such a wide spread disaster. Our main aim is to coordinate efforts and make sure that we assist Kerala in meeting its needs by reaching a large number of people via social media urging them to participate in this movement.
I have also attached our Charitables trusts documents and the media profiles of the people involved-
Our first dispatch is expected on sunday.
We will continue this drive till sunday at Minimum or Increase the number of days as required.
Looking forward to your partnership so that we can make a difference together.
NOTE- Our starting amount is 500,000 . We will increase this amount as and when required if we match the funds.
Incase by the end of the movement, we have a surplus amount. We will donate that to the CM RELIEF FUND.
