Kerala Floods 2018 - Blankets For The Affected Communities

Vivent Foundation is a registered charity with Government of India. Vivent Foundation is trying to help people in relief camps - the immediate need for them includes blankets, dress, food and medications. The rise in flood waters across the state as a result of heavy rains and landslides severely affected lives of people in downstream areas.
Battling inclement weather conditions, the Indian navy began airlifting marooned people in various locations across the state now.
We will be distributing 1000 blankets to people who are in need which is costing 120-200 indian ruppes per blanket and will utilise the remaining money for getting educational aids for children who lost their books and study aids in the disaster.

You all have heard about the recent flood which took 100 people lives across the state of Kerala in India. The heavy land slides and extreme rain situations in Kerala is getting worse day by day. Nearly 25 million people are affected due to this natural disaster and people are suffering.
