Dogs rescued from the illegal and horribly cruel dog meat trade in India by JBF team :
This fundraiser is for the Assam and Gurgaon based NGO called Just Be Friendly. They have been doing amazing work rescuing the stray dogs and other animals in distress too. On 15th December 2017 they rescued 42 dogs from the illegal do meat trade in north eastern part of India. (Please find the detailed news here : http://unitreed.com/news/42-dogs-packed-for-meat-trade-rescued-by-jbf-and-assam-police/). They have also rescued earlier in 2017 from the same dog meat trade.
The dogs who survived such an unfortunate fate were taken in by JBF, given medical care and food and shelter. JBF did adopting campaigns and some of them found forever homes while the rest of them are still in the JBF kennels with the other rescues.
Please help these poor dogs have a comfortable life, that gives them a chance to get adopted too. JBF needs fund for the food, medicines, renovations of the kennels and to organize the wonderful adoption events, so please donate any amount, that will be like giving the dogs a second chance at life. No amount is too less.
