JBF urgently needs a new vehicle for animal transportation and disaster response drives as the existing van is in very bad condition.
JBF INDIA TRUST has been working in the animal welfare sector since 2003.
JBF's prime initiatives are Rabies control including activities like Anti-Rabies vaccinations, Spay/Neuter and Animal Birth Control procedures), Awareness Drive among the human population about the importance of co-existence with animals, Disaster Response during natural calamities and building capacities for contingencies.
Our current Animal Transportation Vehicle, which we also use during disaster response drives for animals every year during Assam Floods, is in very pathetic condition. This vehicle is very crucial for the smooth running of our various animal welfare-related projects.
The vehicle that we are planning to purchase costs 10.5 Lacs rupees. Further, we have to make certain modifications to fit portable kennels and other components, which will cost around 1 Lac. We have already received 7.5 Lacs in donation from generous kind donors. We require an additional 4 Lacs rupees. We need all the help we can get from all the kind people who loves and wants to help animals. If you feel and think that our cause is genuine kindly support us in any way possible.
