Manju, 17 year old girl from Kottaram, Kanyakumari District, T.N daughter of Mr.Sakarapandi a daily wage worker undergone Liver transplant for Acute liver failure. Her transplant expenses were met by many helping hands; thanks to the generosity of several well wishers. After the transplantation she was discharged home well and was on follow up. Unfortunately, Manju presented back to Emergency with major intestinal bleed and is currently admitted in Pediatric ICU. She needs intensive medical care and further procedures to save her life. Now the ongoing treatment to save her life is estimated to Ten lakhs. Her father or any of her relatives or friends not affordable to meet this expense,
