This is to inform you that my father Mr Jalees Ahmed is suffering from liver cirrhosis since past 1.6 years. He is under going treatment in Narayana Hrudyalaya Hospital in Bommasandra, Bangalore. 

Now doctors have suggested for liver transplant and it cost around 25 to 30 lakhs as it is the only hope for him to survive, it has been really a tough time for me and my family. So I request you all to kindly come forward for this noble cause and help me raise the funds for my father in this testing time.
