Most of us dream of going to the best engineering college in the country but we fall short despite having access to money and the best of facilities.Two brothers, the children of a Surat based daily wager Dharamaraj have cracked the IIT entrance. Dharamraj is happy and sad. Happy about the achievement but sad that the fees of 1 lakh (just the starters) is beyond his means.
