The Indian Council of Social Welfare (ICSW) is the oldest voluntary welfare organization working in the field of social welfare since 1947.
In 2012 the Indian Council of Social Welfare(ICSW) started the hostel for working women. who come from all parts of India in search of accommodation. The Hostel is situated on the main road of Chembur Naka which has access by bus and train to all paces in Mumbai. The Hostel provides twin sharing accommodation (two inmates on a room), it has 16 rooms on the ground floor and 20 rooms on the first floor which caters to the need of 72 working women. The idea behind starting the hostel is to provide accommodation services at very nominal charges as well as to take care of the safety and security of working women in Mumbai. NGO need a donation to keep running hostel as it needs repairs. A huge amount of their supplies come from donations to run hostel and your contribution can make even a small difference in someone else’s life.
