LET'S GET THESE KIDS TO DELHI!

Haji Public School has selected a batch of 16 meritorious students for their hard work and excellent attitude in school through the academic year 2018, to visit Delhi for a week-long educational+fun trip (January 31st to February 6th, 2019).
The selected students range from Class 6 to Class 10, in the age age group 11 to 18 years.  It will be the first time these students will ever travel outside Jammu and Kashmir. Some of them will be stepping out of the mountains of Kashmir for the first time.

The school runs on private funds and donations and we would love for all well-wishers to contribute to this most excellent adventure for the kids, so they can enjoy a comfortable stay in the capital and get maximum enjoyment from the trip.

The crowdfund hopes to cover all major expenses such as travel (bus/train to and fro Jammu/Metro+cab+auto fare etc), accommodation, meals and sightseeing. It is a biggish group with hungry and happy teenagers, and we want to feed them well while in Delhi.

Please help this trip be fantastic for the kids.

We will publish an open account of expenses and costs incurred, and surplus funds if any will be transferred to the school's funds for regular operational expenses etc. after the trip.

Haji Public School is a not-for-profit private school established in 2009 by the Haji family, in a remote mountain village of Doda District in Jammu and Kashmir.


The school is a K-10 institution providing top quality school education to a first generation of learners in a farming/agricultural community. It caters to students from over 30 villages in the mountains where it is located.
