Zeba Rizvi, female aged 34 yrs is a native of old Lucknow. Having three daughters aged 16, 13,10 yrs and a son aged 4yrs. Her husband is working at a gas agency. His income is not enough to support the treatment of cancer (Leukemia). At present the treatment is being done at Dharamshila Narayana Hospital at Mayur Vihar, Delhi.
