    This fundraiser will benefit

    Amit Jain

    from Pune, Maharashtra

Malwadi is a slum area located near Hadapsar, Pune which is a home for around 1000+ families and around 1500+ children, most of them goes to the government or local private school. The irony is, a lot of builders have build flats in the same area and have totally ignored the development of this community.

Amit Jain & Ashutosh Sharma from Mitti Ke Rang had the vision to work for the slum community,

As they were already engaged in Social service from last 4 years, the vision to build something big was already in their mind.

Amit comes from a very small village and Ashutosh from a lower-middle-class family both of them have faced similar problems when they were growing up.

So while serving the community they came across Malwadi, a community of more than 1,000+ Families and 1500+ Children and as they found out that the people here really want to find something on their life, but the environment and opportunities were far away from them. So they decided to start their project of creating a World class Community Learning Centre, so as to provide a vision to the life of the children and families of the malwadi slum.

We kindly request your support to help us in building this world-class Community Learning Resource Centre and help those 1000+ families and 1500+ children.
