Hi My name is Abhijeet Sawant and I am raising funds for Wife, Radhika Sawant. She is a housewife. She has been fighting Congenital Heart Disease. Shes in admitted for Heart & Lungs Transplantation. She is currently undergoing treatment at Global Hospital Chennai. She has been suffering for more than a year and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Transplant is her only hope at getting better and living a normal life. She needs a Heart & Lungs urgently. Her treatment will cost approximately Rs. 36 lacs. We are unable to pay for the treatment due to At present 10-15 lacs of expenses have been spent for the treatment The funds raised will be used towards her Surgery.
