A House in Sarita Vihar made bright by the smiles from these lovely children. All of them orphans who are looking for a house filled with love, happiness & security. The 'Welfare For Children' orphanage looks after more than 20 Children from Infants to 6 years of age currently. All of them require care and full time attention and for the wonderful people working here they require your help. This could be in the form of Cash, Cheque or Goodies in kind that the children could use during the coming winter. The home can accommodate up to 70 children but aren't doing so because of a lack of funds.
The orphanage has been offering services to deprived children with social, economic and psychological problems through non institutional and community based programs such as Sponsorship, Foster Care, Counseling and Adoption. Throughout they have been very successful in achieving our aims and objects.Because of some problems in Europe, an organization from Denmark, has not been able to continue to offer donations to them. Despite such hardships, they continued to take care of the children from the donations received within the country and from their savings.
Now the situation has come to such a level that they are not in a position to maintain the staff of Maids, Social Workers for counselling, Accountant, Nurse, Manager besides Doctors and two Teachers. In this situation, they have no other alternative but to return the children to the Govt. of Delhi with a very heavy heart to stop their activities, which they have been carrying on for the last more than three decades. In view of the above compelling circumstances, they have no other alternative except to approach you with a view to help financially so that they may carry on looking after abandoned and destitute children through their Founding Home. They are looking forward to all the support to make this a reality, not for themselves but for the kids who are not only in NEED but also DESERVE it.....Any small amount is welcome!

Otherwise this amazing center which has fed, housed and eventually placed over 2500 children into loving homes all over the world will shut down and all of the remaining children will be sent to government run home, we urge everyone to contribute as much as possible.
