Sebastian is a true animal lover who has been rescuing and helping domestic animals for about 18years.He started off with a single cow and today he has about 15 cows including 6 bulls at home.He has paid money to rescue many cows and bulls which were about to be slaughtered and given them to people who was willing to take care of them.
One such cow with a 3 week old calf has met with an accident in Perambara, Kozhikode.
Sustained a fracture at one of its back legs. The people at home showed to a doctor who tried to reduce and stabilized the fracture. After 5 days found out that the wound got infected. Then another doctor handled the case but the wound got worse. The bone started sticking out creating an infected gash around the area. The doctor abandoned the case saying nothing can be done. The people wants the poor animal out. Dr. Lawrence from Trivandrum saw the pictures and gave a positive reply saying that it can be fixed by a surgery. He referred the case to Wayanad Vet hospital. The doctors and students of Wayanad hospital all are ready to help and ready to keep the mother and calf at the hospital for a week. Sadly, she is still in the same condition at the same home. It’s been almost 22 days since the accident.29th a group of surgeons are ready to attend the case.28th she has to be transported. We need to raise money ASAP for the transportation for the cow and poor calf as soon as its already late for her and she is in tremendous pain. If something happens to the cow the poor calf won’t survive without the mother. Please help and send whatever amount you can help with the transportation and hospital needs to this Let us all look in to this matter ASAP and help.
