URGENT URGENT Support Required.
Mr.Shreyas Balaram age 31 years from Nerul Navi Mumbai was diagnosed four years back that his kidney is not functioning and he was under dialysis, since he was the only earning member in his house , his financial condition is very bad, they have registered under Rajeev Gandhi Scheme for dialysis. Due to his failure kidney his blood is becoming thick and getting cloted , he is undergone three AV fistula and three cathetdral,out of which all the three fistula and two catherdral have gone fail due the blood clot,the fistula on left aram got severely infected resulting heavy blood flow and he was immedately rush to near by Apollo Hospital Nerul Navi Mumbai . Due to heavy loss of blood total 8 bottels was given to him. Due to multiple complications there is no other place left in his body to continue his dialysis, he need to undergo immediate kidney transplant.
yesterday 17 Dec 17 20:00hrs he was again admitted in ICU Suraj hospital sanpada as water got accumulated in his lungs making him very difficult to breath, their family is not having any income, even relatives are trying to support but they need more funds urgently, as per doctors they need to arrange 10 Lakhs within 15 days for Kidney Transplant provided his mother will have to be donner. Have mentioned below patients name and bank details , a help of small amount can be a great help to him. attached photo of his infected right hand.
