Shiv shankar patel , a 60 yr old small farmer hailing from a poor background from jaunpur, Banaras is suffering from aggressive form of CANCER ,    
The farmer , who is the only bread and butter owner of his family nobody else is their to help support him in the hour of need.   Even relatives have turned their back on him. Shiv Shankar got to know about his disease 6 months ago when he suffered from high fever and also there was blood in his vomit. This made the small farmer worried and so he went to doctors and got himself examine .
Even after some tests and medical treatment there was no improvement in his condition so he then went to Kamla Nehru Memorial hospital , Allahabad and there after a few tests it was found that he is suffering from  Acute cancer.  
 Now he is undergoing chemotherapy and preliminary treatment for his disease and it is costing him through nose. Due to this he is also in debt and now he had stopped  his treatment of cancer in order to feed his family.  The small farmer have lost all his  hopes for his life and to make his family feed . So please HELP him and his family to overcome the crises and also let us be wise enough to help the farmer in his hour of need .
