Savitramma is 78 year old. She is old and fragile. There is no one to take care of her. Her husband has left her long ago and has no children. She has been living alone all these years. She can't even afford a meal everyday. All these years she has been doing odd works to earn her meals. She walks 4 kms everyday to a temple and does sweeping and cleaning work and takes the 'prassad' offered as her meal. This has been going on for the past many years. She is a brave woman who earns her meal and does not seek alms from anyone.

Now because of old age, she has become frail and weak. She is finding it difficult to walk and do the odd jobs. She needs our help. She has found an old age home which will take care of her food shelter and health for the rest of her life. The old age home will take care of all her needs. They are asking for a one time payment of Rs. 2,50,000 to accommodate all her for the rest of her life.  We have already raised an amount of Rs. 50,000 locally for the same.

Now Savithramma needs an amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs to join the old age home. The amount you contribute will go towards paying the old age home for her accommodation.
