This is bala. This message is to help save my brother and get him back to his life. He has been  suffering from chronic renal failure  for the past two years with a very strict diet and medication. Doctors said that  it is important for him to undergo a renal( kidney) transplantation surgery. He has been already undertaking dialysis at porur shri ramachandra hospital and we have registered with govt. for organ transplantation . After a six month dialysis his slot for surgery has moved to the top order and he may get a donor at any minute and the surgery has to be done when he gets it. The thing is the cost of the surgery would be around 10 lakhs and we are in a situation where economically this amount is huge for us . So i am pleading to help save my brother. Please lend your hands to conduct the surgery.
