History : This 22yrs male patient presented with upper abdomen pain associated with vomitings and constipation for 5 days.No w/o decreased urine output/Chest symptoms. He had repeated episodes of pancreatitis in the past.
Hospital Visited : TRUST HOSPITAL , KAKINADA
And, he is suffering from 5 yrs and his 1st time admission date is 01/08/2012
He was reffered to Hyderabad Asian gasentrology hospital as there is no equipment.
