Hello everyone!

People For Animals Hyderabad is a 20 year old non-profit animal welfare organisation that has been working towards animal welfare and enforcement of animal rights laws in India.

We run the only emergency rescue home that serves both day and night throughout the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. We cover more than 3000 rescues in a year, working with limited resources throughout. While our paravets and rescue boys work tirelessly around the clock to save injured and sick animals, they are limited because our ambulance is in a bad condition and cannot be used for emergency rescues anymore. We have been carrying out rescue of small animals on a scooter or an auto rickshaw if a kind donor sponsors the fare. Hence, we aren't able to save as many animals as we want to and provide them with the intensive, immediate care that they deserve as we have to travel long distances across the city and carry out multiple trips to the rescue home.

A well equipped ambulance consists of a stretcher, IV fluid set-up and an emergency medical kit that are essential to the survival of any animal in emergency state. A set-up like this would cost us 5 lakhs for a van and basic equipment. If you believe in the work we do and stand for the cause that unites us all, we request you to contribute to bettering our efforts in saving the voiceless in their time of need. Any amount will be welcome, and our animal friends will be thankful to you always.

Empowered with an ambulance, we can carry out more than twice the number of rescues through out the city on a daily basis.

Your contribution can save not only one life, but become a source of hope and miracle for many innocent animals to survive through their worst moments, giving them a chance to heal and live a healthy life once again. They deserve their chance, don’t you think?
