Help two caged Parakeets find freedom

Story

These two beautiful Rose-Ringed Parakeets were confiscated by Welfare for Animals in Goa:WAG from their "owners". They were caught from the wild as babies & were found screaming for their lives as their cage hung aimlessly on a coconut tree. With no food, water, shelter or enrichment, these poor birds were slowly going insane, trapped in such a small cage. They are not human-friendly as they have been traumatized by people poking them with pens through the cage.

They are temporarily at the WAG shelter, until they are completely rehabilitated. Help us build a new enclosure for them, where they can fly, sit, eat & drink anytime they want. This enclosure will not only be a home for these parakeets, but for many of our other wildlife rescues such as squirrels, koels & other birds.

Poor parrots, am so glad you saved them from this miserable cage. I love the idea of the new cage being a luxurious " halfway house" till they find their freedom. Bless you kind folks.
