In India, Children Healthcare is one of the most neglected areas. High mortality rate and malnutrition among children is very common. Getting regular and reliable healthcare support is very difficult and costly (1000 to 2000 per Consultation). Life for the parents who have Children with Special Needs becomes very tough.
Managing exorbitant cost of various therapies like Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and other interventions required from Special Educator, Psychologist, Neurologist, etc. become almost unmanageable for any parents. There is also lack of any one single place where all such quality professionals and facilities are available under one single roof.
Considering the great plight of concerned parents and their children, NDCHRC Trust (New Delhi Children's Hospital & Research Centre) has taken the initiative to set up a Centre of Healing & Hope (CoHH) to help Children with Special Needs and their parents. In this centre of excellence, all required amenities will be made available at a minimal possible cost or free of cost.
NDCHRC is a highly trusted organization and in last two years it has helped 12000+ children across India with help of its strong network of 100+ Healthcare Professionals and 500+ Volunteers. To set up the base infrastructure and to run it for the first year, CoHH requires a fund of INR 50 Lakhs. Thereafter, it would be run on a self-sustainable model.
Vulnerable Children with Special Needs and their Helpless Parents need your generous donations to help and support them in their difficulty journey.
